1. Returns & Replacements

  • Damaged or defective item? Contact us within 3 days of delivery.
  • We’ll offer replacement or store credit after verifying the issue.
  • Photo/video proof may be required.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety, certain toys once opened/used cannot be returned.

3. COD Refunds
For eligible returns on COD orders, refunds are processed via UPI or bank transfer.
